JEFE - Smart Contract Audit Report

Summary

JEFE ($JEFE) is a new community-driven DeFi token on the Binance Smart Chain that is an automatic liquidity providing protocol that pays out static rewards to holders.

The JEFE Token contract is deployed at 0x80fa6d5384BDde296a28A321f73aB70977575129 on the Binance Smartchain mainnet.

Notes on the Contract:
The total supply of the token is set to 1 quadrillion $JEFE [1,000,000,000,000,000].
No minting or burn functions are present; though the circulating supply can be reduced by sending tokens to the 0x..dead address, if desired.
At the time of writing this report, 58.59% of the total $JEFE token supply belongs to an unverified presale contract.
41.41% of the total $JEFE token supply belongs to the owner as the project was recently deployed.

There is a tax fee, liquidity fee, and vault fee on all transactions for any "non-excluded" address that participates in a transfer.
Users who hold tokens will automatically benefit from the frictionless fee redistribution at the time of each transaction as the tokens collected through the tax fee are removed from the circulating supply.
The liquidity fee charged on transactions is stored in the contract and, once a threshold value is met, is used to fund Pancakeswap liquidity.
Liquidity-adds are funded by selling a portion of the tokens collected as fees (after the threshold as determined by the owner is met), then pairing the received BNB with the token, and adding it as liquidity to the BNB pair.
The recipient of the newly created LP tokens is the owner (which will have ownership controlled via a multi-signature wallet).
The tokens collected from the vault fee are sent directly to the team's vault wallet.
There are several functions that contain unused logic, as there are multiple checks for a mapping that can never exist in the current code. This is because the owner cannot exclude addresses from frictionless fee redistribution rewards.
As the project is deployed with Solidity v0.8.x it is protected from overflows.

Ownership Controls:
Ownership has not been renounced, however it is managed via a Gnosis Safe multi-signature wallet.
The owner can modify the tax fee, liquidity fee, and vault fee to any percentages at any time.
The owner can exclude and include accounts from transfer fees.
The owner can set and update a maximum transaction amount at any time, which will impose a limit to the number of tokens that can be transferred during any given transaction.
This maximum transaction amount does not apply to the owner during transactions where the owner is either the sender or the recipient.
The owner can enable/disable the swap and liquify functionality.
The owner can modify the vault address to any address at any time.
